Important information

Minimal rental period - 5 days (less with prior approval)

Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM (alternative times by prior arrangement)

To secure your booking, we ask for a 20% deposit. The full accommodation balance must be settled 30 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer to our account.  

If you need to cancel:  up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, a full refund of all payments to date will be made; after 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be given.

In addition to the rental fee, 300 Euros (or GBP equivalent) must be paid as a security damage deposit (paid along with the balance payment), returnable within 7 days after vacating the villa, subject to any deductions due to damages, breakages, mis-use, lost keys, lost remotes, etc. (whether accidental or through negligence).  

Guests must remove all rubbish at the end of their stay from the Villa. Failure to do so will incur a fee of 20 Euros (which will be deducted from the damage deposit). The Villa including outside areas (& BBQ) must be left clean and tidy. If left excessively dirty, a fee of 30 Euros will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Smoking

We operate a strict no smoking policy throughout the villa (including e-cigarettes and vaping machines). 

Pets

Strictly no pets are allowed.

Children & Swimming Pool

There is no segregation/barrier between the living areas and the pool area. Hence, children have ‘free’ access to the pool area and should therefore be supervised at all times. The Owners accept no liability in case of accidents. HEATED SWIMMING POOL INCURS A DAILY FEE OF 20 EUROS TO COVER ELECTRICITY COSTS. MINIMUM PERIOD OF USEAGE - 5 DAYS.

Baby travel cot / High chair - provided.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The Villa is fully managed during your stay to deal with any issues you may have.

KEYS / ACCESS TO VILLA

The entrance door key to the Villa is housed in a key code box adjacent to the front entrance door. The code shall be provided three days before the arrival date.
