Lounge & Dining Areas
The Lounge and Dining Areas are located on the ground floor of the Villa in an open plan environment bringing Guests together in a beautifully appointed luxurious space where Guests can relax and socialize. Two sets of patio doors lead directly out onto the covered pergola and swimming pool area. Light streams from these doors into the room bathing the space in glorious sunlight during the day. Electric blinds, operated by a remote control, are available to control the amount of light coming into the room to suit the mood. A two and three seater sofa, the latter a sofa bed, offer Guests comfortable sitting areas to read a book, chat or watch TV. A 50 inch smart TV is provided with DVD player, Android TV box (providing all live sports channels & the latest movies) and Amazon Firestick (catch up TV) all offering a plethora of TV programmes and movies to watch. On chilly winter nights, the gas fireplace heats the room making the room cosy. Wall mounted electric heaters are also available. At night time, false ceiling lighting can be set to add a warm, inviting glow to create the perfect ambience and make Guests feel instantly comfortable.
The Dining Room comes with a large extendable dining table and six dining chairs offering Guests to dine in comfort.
Off the entrance lobby is a separate WC room and an under stair cupboard room housing the WiFi connected colour printer, iron, ironing board, etc.
A 24/7 monitored alarm system is provided.

The wall and base cabinet units provide ample storage space as well as providing a large work surface area. The Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor of the Villa and features fresh white walls with a vibrant blue azure feature wall behind the bed. The double patio doors open out onto the large balcony which overlooks the patio area & swimming pool. A table and chairs are provided on the balcony allowing guests to sit and relax, enjoy the stunning views over breakfast/coffee/sundowners. The patio doors are framed by curtains and external shutters can be closed to provide darkness if you are light-sensitive. Without being cluttered, the room has a king size bed, 2 bedside chests of drawers and built in wardrobes providing ample storage (& also where the key safe is housed for your valuables). There are unobtrusive plug sockets either side of the bed, with a hairdryer and other amenities tucked away for your use. A small flat screen TV is also provided, hidden away in the built-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a power shower cubicle and separate corner bath (with shower fittings), towel warmer, large mirror, WC and sink. This lovely room provides a calming and stylish private retreat.

Where better to spend the long hot summer days than outside! The alluring outside space, directly accessible through the lounge/dining room patio doors, leads onto the covered patio area which is split into two areas. The dining area houses a majestic polished concrete dining table with in-built drinks chiller opening. Perfect for keeping that champagne bottle at just the right temperature. Guests can relax on the comfortable garden furniture which includes a shaded swing chair. There is also a covered gazebo with chairs and table. Ceiling fans are available to provide a bit of cool air if needed. A prime feature of the outside space is the dazzling 10x4m self filling swimming pool. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are provided. A large gas BBQ is available. The main feature of the outside space is the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and mountain. Glass railings have been installed to provide unobstructed views allowing Guests to enjoy the views unabated.
At the front of the property is a quaint garden area with table & chairs for Guests to sit and relax.
There is also a covered secure private garage area where Guests can park their cars.
The washing machine is housed in a separate dedicated outside cupboard.
